We’re excited to share the latest progress on this stunning 5000 sq/ft, two-story luxury home located in one of the most desirable areas. Packed with the latest mod cons, this project has been both technically challenging and incredibly rewarding.

Originally over budget, Glencairn Contracts Ltd stepped in to collaborate closely with the design team, using our expertise to value engineer the project and bring it back in line with the client’s budget—while maintaining the highest quality. To date, we've completed asbestos removal, demolition, concrete driven piles, ring beam foundation, all associated internal & external drainage, and the structural steel installation.
