Progress Update: Deeside Timber Frame Factory Extension

The Glencairn Group is pleased to announce that construction on the new extension at Deeside Timber Frame’s Throsk site is progressing well. This facility upgrade will significantly enhance manufacturing capacity, enabling Deeside Timber Frame to boost productivity and meet the rising demand for their high-quality timber frame solutions.

As part of Deeside Timber Frame’s sustainability goals, our energy division, Distrikt Energy Ltd, has installed a 110kW solar panel system across both the new and existing factory buildings, supporting greener operations and improved energy efficiency.

We’re also moving swiftly towards the next stages: slab pour, wall panels installation, and internal fit-out, which will commence shortly.
